Definitely sounds like Breed. It was originally meant to be a 3 book series, but another secondary is whispering plot ideas in my head, and then they want another book. I'm hoping (though, no pressure, loves) that the betas are happy with the ending. Cause, while I love the story still, it's really beginning to annoy me, lol. It needs a serious talking to, or spanking. Unfortunately, I don't think either idea would scare it. Okay, so that last para makes me sound even crazier than I am (which isn't a lot, I swear!). I've worked on it for a year and a half. My publisher has seen it and wants it, but they also want a major change I'm not sure I want to make. The book has been read by countless editors, authors, betas, and no one ever brought up this particular point. So, I shelved the book to think on it. It's book one in a series of six. I have no interest in rocking the boat if it's floating along as it should be. *resumes Thinking Man pose* I have a book exactly like that. I’ve worked on it for a year and a half.
